Yes. New builds are published on the Download page and cost nothing extra for the duration you paid for.

The credentials listed on the product page, sent once, immediately after payment. Read that page carefully before paying: region, level and whether the email is included are written there, and they differ from one product to another.

Yes, and you should know that before buying. Riot forbids account transfers in its terms of service, so an account bought from anyone — us included — can be suspended or recovered by its original owner at any time. We do not guarantee how long an account will live. If that risk is not acceptable to you, do not buy one.

Change the password first, then the email if the account came with one. The faster you do it, the less time anyone else has to reach the account.

Whatever is enabled at checkout — the list is shown on the payment page itself, so it is always accurate. Payment is handled by SellAuth; we never see your card details.

Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the key or the credentials have been sent, so sales are final. Our refund policy page has the full wording. If something is wrong on our side, tell us on Discord first — that is usually fixed in minutes.

Yes. The status page is built from live product data, and the history bars only turn coloured on days where an incident was actually published. A day with nothing reported stays neutral rather than claiming a perfect record.
